Shipping and Return Policy
Sales Tax
South Carolina state sales tax is charged at a rate of 6% on all purchases.
Custom Orders Deposit
Custom orders will require a non-refundable deposit of $50, due within 24 hours of order, before we will begin work on your order. Once the wreath is completed, we will send you a picture and a final payment invoice. Once full payment is received, the wreath will be shipped.
Custom Order Shipping
For custom orders, please allow 2 weeks from the time of your order until the time of shipping. For stock orders or advertised wreaths, orders are shipped out within 48 hours of payment Monday thru Saturday. If the custom project runs over the 2 week period (i.e. if the client wants a certain sign or type of floral that will require special order), we will email notification of the delay.
Shipping and Handling
All wreaths are shipped UPS Priority or Ground. We also offer Federal Express (FedEx) delivery and local pickup. Those options are also available during checkout.
we typically use a box size of 24x24x6 for larger wreaths. The weight runs between 2-4 pounds. Pancake wreaths are typically smaller and shipping may or may not be included in the price. Please see the description of the item purchased.
There are charges for shipping and handling which includes the price of the box and any packing material plus the cost to ship. Please send us a message if you would like to upgrade your shipping and we can invoice you separately.

Orders are shipped as soon as they are completed, Monday through Saturday. Items are only shipped to the address provided at checkout for your protection and to prevent fraud. Please double check your information before purchasing. Custom Blingy Wreath Designz is not responsible for lost or undeliverable packages. We will send you a tracking number upon shipping.

Refund Policy
All sales are final. However, if by some chance your wreath is damaged in shipping please contact us within 3 days of receipt with pictures of the damage. You may return the wreath in its original box and exchange it for another of equal value if your wreath cannot be fixe

Payment Types
Payment is accepted via PayPal, square, Apple pay, or Zelle by using a debit or credit card. You will be redirected to a secure site to complete your transaction. You do not need a PayPal account to make a payment via PayPal or Square. Simply pay as a guest during checkout.
