About Our Wreaths
Hi, we want your wreath to be just perfect. So we have answered some common questions people ask. However, feel free to contact us with any other concerns.
For custom orders, please allow 2 weeks from the time of your order until the time of shipping. For stock orders or advertised wreaths, orders are shipped out within 48 hours of payment Monday thru Saturday. If the custom project runs over the 2 week period (i.e. if the client wants a certain sign or type of floral that will require special order), we will email notification of the delay.
Yes, this includes the price of the box and any packing material plus the cost to ship. Please send us a message if you would like to upgrade your shipping and we can invoice you separately.
All sales are final. However, if by some chance your wreath is damaged in shipping please contact us within 3 days of receipt with pictures of the damage. You may return the wreath in its original box and exchange it for another of equal value if your wreath cannot be fixed.
Payment is accepted via PayPal, square, Apple pay, or zelle by using a debit or credit card. You will be redirected to a secure site to complete your transaction. You do not need a PayPal account to make a payment via PayPal or Square. Simply pay as a guest during checkout.
